Based on the New Bylaws for Scientific Journals of the Ministry of Science, approved on 2019/04/29, the "Contemporary Islamic Law Debate (CILD)" has been awarded a "Grade B" in the 2024 evaluation.

Contemporary Islamic Law Debate (CILD) is a peer-reviewed, Open Access (under a CC BY 4.0 license) biannual journal published by Al-Mustafa International University. Contemporary Islamic Law Debate (CILD) welcomes original research articles, analytical critiques, and interdisciplinary studies that examine the rich heritage of Islamic jurisprudence, its philosophical foundations, and its relationship with contemporary legal, social, and ethical challenges. The journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic excellence and ensures that all submitted manuscripts are screened for originality using the reputable Similarity Check (Samim Noor) software before undergoing rigorous double-blind peer review. Adhering to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the journal facilitates the promotion of knowledge and encourages dialogue among scholars, legal professionals, jurists, and policymakers by providing free access to all its content.

Article Processing Charges:
Peer Review Fee: 2,500,000 Iranian Rials; in case a third comparative reviewer is required: an additional 1,500,000 Iranian Rials for the comparative reviewer.
Publication Fees: 4,500,000 Iranian Rials. After the final acceptance of the article, the mentioned amount must be paid for publication costs and uploaded to the journal’s system.
